Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of irwfa.org and your participation in the International Rehabilitation Workforce Alliance. By using this website or applying for membership, you agree to these terms.

About IRWFA

IRWFA is an independent, member-governed alliance that unites the colleges, employers and students of the rehabilitation field — setting a common workforce standard, opening a clinical estate for supervised practicum, and building a research commons. It is registered as a Section 8 (not-for-profit) company, India-founded and internationally open. The Alliance is in its establishment period; features, designations and programmes described on this site are being progressively put in place.

Content on this site is provided for general information about the Alliance and the field. It is not medical, clinical, diagnostic or professional advice, creates no practitioner–client relationship, and must not be relied upon for the care of any individual. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.

Membership terms

• Eligibility & application. Membership is open to eligible institutions, organisations, faculty, clinicians, researchers and students. Submitting an enquiry or application does not by itself create membership.
• Admission. The Secretariat may accept or decline an application at its discretion, and may request supporting information.
• Standing. Membership is of equal standing — there is no precedence by date of admission, and no "founding" tier.
• Fees. Membership is free until further announcement. Any future fees will be notified in advance.
• Conduct. Members are expected to uphold the Alliance’s ethical and child-safeguarding expectations (see our Child Safeguarding statement). The Alliance may suspend or revoke membership for conduct inconsistent with its purpose.

Intellectual property

The IRWFA name and marks, the content and design of this site, and the proprietary instruments referenced on it — including AbilityScore® and PinnacleAI GPT-OS® — are owned by the Alliance or by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories and its affiliates, and are protected by law. You may view and share this site for non-commercial, informational purposes with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use the marks or content for any other purpose without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, transmitting unlawful or harmful content, or using it to infringe the rights of others. We may restrict access for misuse.

Your submissions

Information you submit through the site must be accurate and your own to provide. You grant the Alliance permission to use your submission to respond to you and administer membership, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit clinical, diagnostic or child-health information through this site.

This site may link to third-party resources for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Forward-looking statements

This site describes an alliance in its establishment period and contains forward-looking statements. Operational figures are forward-facing as of the dates stated; patent references are to international (PCT) applications, not granted patents; and statements that something is "first" or "only" of its kind are made to our knowledge as of May 2026. Plans and timelines may change.

Limitation of liability

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms as the Alliance develops. The current version and its date are always published here; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
