The Consortium
SAṄRACHANĀ — the architects of the Alliance.
IRWFA was not improvised. It was designed by a 32-seat, six-layer expert consortium spanning doctrine, law, academia, clinical practice, research, technology, finance, government, data, equity and lived experience — an advisory and architecting body, chaired in the establishment period by the Founder-Chairman.
01 What it is
An architecting and advisory body — not an executive one.
32 seats · six layers · the architecture of a sovereign standard.
SAṄRACHANĀ ("structure") is the consortium that designed the Alliance's constitution, councils, standards and safeguards. Each seat voices its findings distinctly; the Chair adjudicates; recommendations take effect on the Chair's adjudication and, where required, Board approval.
The roster below denotes designated expert chairs and their profiles, pending formal appointment — designated roles in the establishment period, not claimed living appointees. It is Schedule C of the Charter.

03 How it governs
Designated chairs, an adjudicating Chair, a Board where required.
In the establishment period the Founder-Chairman of the Anchor — Dr. Koti Reddy Saripalli — chairs the consortium and is its sole adjudicator. As the Alliance matures, an independent Patron-President and an independent-majority Governing Board take their constitutional roles, and seats move from designated to formally appointed.
The Invitation
The Alliance is built in the open, by its members. Join — membership is free in the establishment period.
