The Founder-Chairman
Dr. Koti Reddy Saripalli.
Founder-Chairman of the International Rehabilitation Workforce Alliance, and the architect of the regulator-licensed developmental standard the Alliance now holds in trust for the field. He built it through BHCL / Pinnacle Blooms Network® — and convened the Alliance to give it to everyone.
01 The torch-bearer thesis.
A field earns the right to set its own standard by first proving one. Through BHCL, operating Pinnacle Blooms Network®, Dr. Saripalli built the world's first regulator-licensed developmental life-cycle — a measure that is classified, validated, and licensed — at national scale.

That attainment is the licence to convene. IRWFA exists to hold that standard in trust for the whole field, rather than keep it inside one institution.
02 The work, in evidence.
He is an author of the validation behind the standard. The anchor measure, AbilityScore®, was benchmarked against Vineland-3, CARS-2, Bayley-4 and ABAS-3 by an independent contract research organisation — convergent validity r = 0.91, test–retest ICC = 0.88, forecast accuracy 1−MAPE = 0.93 — and published openly under Protocol BHCL-VAL-2026-001 (authors Saripalli, Ramtenki, Boini), with Zenodo DOIs 10.5281/ZENODO.19482123 and 10.5281/ZENODO.19482476. His research identifier is ORCID 0009-0007-7866-0737.
03 What he convened.
He architected the Alliance's 3 + 3 — three Councils (Academic, Clinical, Research) and three membership Classes (Industry, Institutions, Students) — and chairs its architecting consortium, SAṄRACHANĀ (a 32-seat, six-layer advisory body whose designated chairs are pending formal appointment), during the establishment period.
Crucially, he placed the Alliance under independent governance — an independent Patron-President, an independent-majority Board, and a conflict-of-interest firewall — so that the standard he built serves the field, at arm's length from its Anchor.
04 Why.
The Alliance carries a single dedication: “Because Every Child Deserves a Wonderful Life.”™ It is the reason the field's largest clinical estate was built, alongside co-founder Dr. Sreeja Reddy Saripalli — and the reason it is now being opened to everyone who trains, employs, and studies in rehabilitation.
